Founded in 1975, Vista Properties Management, Inc. (Vista) is headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida. Vista was a natural outgrowth of its sister corporation, which has been involved in real estate development in Florida since 1967.
Vista currently has a total staff of approximately 225 employees. This includes 20 Florida licensed community association managers (single and multi site) with a support staff of 15 employees. Our Corporate Office is located at 100 Vista Royale Boulevard, Vero Beach, Florida.
Our clients include communities in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard counties. Our clientele is evenly distributed between condominium and homeowners associations. We serve both unit-owner controlled, as well as developer-controlled, boards of directors. Our services include Accounting and Financial Services, Interior and Exterior Building Maintenance, and Landscape Maintenance.
At Vista, our goal is to forge a close working relationship with each of our communities, all the while keeping in mind the unique nature of each community.
