Vista Management is continuously looking for great candidates in all positions:
Accounts Receivable - Experience with heavy phones and with meeting deadlines. Computer experience essential. Research payment issues
Administrative Assistant - Receives and responds to residents' calls in a timely, efficient, courteous, and diplomatic manner. Works with Property Managers to accomplish goals. Enters work orders to the system. Other general office tasks, as required.
Bookkeeper - Pays association bills; does monthly bank reconciliations; prepares monthly journal entries; prepares and distributes monthly financial statements. Updates work paper schedules to coincide with general ledger balances; reviews accounts receivables, and answers accounting questions from Association Board members.
Irrigation - Responsible for making routine repairs to common area sprinkler systems upon inspection of the system at assigned properties.
Landscaping - Experience in operating landscape equipment. Valid driver's license mandatory.
Maintenance - General property repairs including drywall, painting, minor electrical repairs, irrigation, plumbing, pool maintenance and miscellaneous repairs.
Property Manager - CAM license required. Hands-on supervisor skills required. Must have strong computer, administrative, financial, communication, and personnel skills. Responsibilities include financial reports, budgets, scheduling, hiring, discipline, payroll, and property reporting.
