Continental Group office in Vero Beach seeking toy donations

The Continental Group's Vero Beach regional office is collecting gifts to contribute to a toy drive for more than 700 "at-risk" children from single family homes that The Youth Guidance Mentoring and Activities Program serves.

Employees from TCG's Destin regional office spent the day putting up sheet rock and painting the home along with fellow volunteers from Habitat for Humanity who worked on other construction projects around the family's house.

TCG employees will provide gifts that promote recreation, education, self-esteem, creativity and relationship building for children 5 to 18 years old. Suggested gifts include sports equipment, educational electronic games, family board games, baby dolls, art kits, Lego's, K'NEX sets, craft kits, journal and pen sets, bath and fragrance sets for both teen boys and girls, as well as gift wrapping supplies. Donations can be dropped off at the Youth Guidance office located at 1028 20th Place, Vero Beach.
