Our Code Enforcement Officer will make bi-monthly visits at varied times. He will drive and/or walk through the community with a digital camera taking pictures and sending violation letters to owners of any homes not in compliance with the By-laws of your Association. The code enforcement officer is supplemental to the property manager, who will also be performing this task. Letters are approved and signed by the Property Manager, then mailed to the owner(s). Included in each month's management report is a detailed "Violation Report" with all open and closed violations for the current month.
